I'm a big fan of how flexible Social Studio is - if I want a CS package for Twitter, I've got it. If I want to research a topic, I can easily set it up because it is also reliable in its feature set. It collects data from different sources and it is also very easy to download the collected data if you wish. It has a good overall user interface, is reasonably well organized and easy to use on a daily basis, easy to use and tons of cool features for case management and online reputation management with support for multiple platforms. Approval workflows are a great way to allow different levels of permissions for different people so from what I can tell it's pretty well done, being able to integrate with all Salesforce platforms is probably the biggest benefit.

I like that this tool integrates with other Salesforce features that my client's organization uses. Also, I like that we can see a schedule of when posts will be published, as well as plan ahead for occasions and celebrations all thanks to the customizable dashboard. I love the images in the reports after our posts are published as we can see measures of positivity and negativity, engagement, reach and much more. I also like that it gives us information on the platform about community issues and allows us to monitor the topics that interest us. Also, its deployment is very strong, there are no processing errors or integrations, almost everything is integrated with Salesforce. In a nutshell, I love your customizations, I think they make a good sense of the overall operation of the program.

they are couple of things which i personally like is the real time customer support to its customers which gives a human touch to its customers that there's someone who is there to listen them.

It not only caters within Social marketing but also analytics for social media platforms and their impact and engagement.

Dislike

There really isn't much to dislike about Salesforce Social Studio, it's a super decent social platform, I think it's a notch above Hootsuite for business use, as this tool gives you all the features you as a user might need. In my case, it would only improve a little to get a better search system that allows me to do it more easily.

the tool can be improved in terms of performance. it lags alot and options can be made more easier

    Its inbuild templates are awesome to design any content for social media marketing which saves lot of time. Its ability to customize the tool based on our organization need are really helpful. Its ability to schedule the content to post on social platform without any human touch are really great. Its reporting ability shows the performance of the post on every platform. It user interface and navigation are really super easy and also provide functionality to use third party templates.
