I like that this tool integrates with other Salesforce features that my client's organization uses. Also, I like that we can see a schedule of when posts will be published, as well as plan ahead for occasions and celebrations all thanks to the customizable dashboard. I love the images in the reports after our posts are published as we can see measures of positivity and negativity, engagement, reach and much more. I also like that it gives us information on the platform about community issues and allows us to monitor the topics that interest us. Also, its deployment is very strong, there are no processing errors or integrations, almost everything is integrated with Salesforce. In a nutshell, I love your customizations, I think they make a good sense of the overall operation of the program.
they are couple of things which i personally like is the real time customer support to its customers which gives a human touch to its customers that there's someone who is there to listen them.

There really isn't much to dislike about Salesforce Social Studio, it's a super decent social platform, I think it's a notch above Hootsuite for business use, as this tool gives you all the features you as a user might need. In my case, it would only improve a little to get a better search system that allows me to do it more easily.
