Simpplr were amazing from the beginning - responsive, flexible and really professional. The product spoke for itself, but the team made it a really easy transition for us. The implementation was really really smooth, they gave so many resources and training modules to help you get up to speed, but also were so happy to use their expertise to solve issues quickly. As the main person implementing the platform, it was really helpful to have a team to bounce ideas off and make improvements to my designs/plans.

The Simpplr product works well for its intended purpose. There are limitations with customization that were not properly communicated during the sales process. We are happy with our Customer Service Manager, however the implementation team felt like they had a mission to get us to go-live and weren't particularly interested in our specific business needs.

How well it addresses internal comms challenges. Each feature is well-thought-out and works really well, and it looks great too! I like that it's responsive, so you don't have to be so specific about pixel sizes etc because the design is intuitive and responsive. It's a great platform that works for all kinds of users and skill levels too, which was an important aspect of our criteria. It also enables us to keep growing and improving, and reduces the need to have separate comms channels such as an email newsletter platform - we can manage and send comms out across channels so easily now.

The product is continuously upgrades and product requests are reviewed often and implemented quicker than with other vendors we've worked with in the past.

Simpplr is easy to use for everyone - there is a very minimal learning curve. Every person at Simpplr that I've interacted with has been professional, responsive and willing to help in any way for us to succeed.

Dislike

There are a few features I would love to have that aren't available just yet, and the configuration-style design, while easy to build and view, can be a little restrictive at times.

Inability to customize the messages that are sent from the system to our employees. The templates are rudimentary and the inability to customize makes them unusable for us.

One of the advantages of Simpplr is its simplicity; however, that simplicity results in limitations of what users can do as far as being creative with our site. We have to work within the capabilities of the tool.
