We've had a great experience working with Simpplr! From our initial implementation in 2023, we've had nothing but good experiences with the Simpplr team. They've been super helpful in getting some of our feature requests off the ground and are always open to our product feedback. They've included us in early product testing for new features, and gotten our feedback on feature designs. Even in moments where we've had some pretty extensive bugs with the product, they have given us great service and have escalated us to executive level when necessary. We really do pressure test every feature from Simpplr and so appreciate their partnership in helping improve the platform and our overall experience in it.

    Simmplr has been a strong partner in one of the most complex intranet launches I've ever been a part of. We deployed on Day 1 of a major acquisition, serving 6000+ employees across a newly combined organization. The platform held up under significant pressure and delivered exactly what we needed: a unified, reliable source of truth during the transition. My experience, from implementation through adoption, has been positive overall, and Simpplr continues to grow in value as we expand its use across major business transformations.

    My company transitioned from an in-house intranet site to Simpplr's third-party application in 2022. The Simpplr implementation team were both knowledgeable and responsive in helping us move onto this new platform. Since going live with Simpler, we have had a minimum of production support issues, and we've had more flexibility in managing our content pages and application permissions for our user base. In September of 2025, Simpplr led the migration effort to move our org from the Salesforce instance of the application to their AWS platform. The move went very smoothly, and Simpplr offered several implementation project resources to assist us over the course of the project.

    Simpplr's product is a true reflection of its brand name -- it is easy to use, and was easy to implement on a compressed schedule. Their team is fantastic. We've been very impressed by their customer service and support teams, both of whom have acted as true partners to our in-house team.

Like

Smart Answers and the improved search have been a huge game changer. We are a fast moving business and ask a lot of our employees. Smart answers help save them time finding answers to their questions. We also love the new navigation - this has greatly improved the UX for our employees. Have gotten so much great feedback. ABAC has also been a game-changer. We had SO many workarounds that we'd had to build in order to do similar things that ABAC does. Content approval and workflow - this is going to really help us hone in on our governance of the platform and also keep things actively moving without us having to search for rogue pages that people created that have not been reviewed or approved yet.

Like

This platform makes it easy for individual employees to create content, while still allowing the admins the ability to approve any content before it's published live. The syncing capabilities are really good. There are many options for getting your user data into the platform. However, it's important that your data is formatted correctly on the system you're are syncing with. We ran into some issues with that. But it was our fault, not the platform's. Manage,ent is straight forward, however like most other plaforms

Like

The content editor and site manager experience is intuitive, and it has helped us enable 250 editors across the company without heavy, ongoing support. The structure of Simpplr lends itself well to governance and decentralized ownership, which is critical for us to scale. It is also great to have a close partnership with my Customer Success Manager who is always willing to help and go above and beyond whenever needed.

Dislike

The feed is nowhere near where we'd like it - there should be a way to send a notification to members or an audience in the feed to ensure our employees see posts from execs and other leaders. at the moment, our execs have stopped posting to the feed in real time since no one would ever react or comment on their posts because they didn't know they had posted. Onboarding - there are no analytics for this feature. No way to see how many folks are receiving onboarding emails, where they are at in the process. There is no way to see if this function is working or improving the employee experience. Content management - The feedback function on pages is great but there is no way to indicate feedback has been actioned, what feedback is still outstanding, etc. Similar for validations. we'd love to have a dashboard where a content manager can see what validations they need to action, what feedback has come in that they need to action, comments, etc.

Dislike

They tend to focus on rolling out new features, while not fixing the problems with the ones they already have. They do have a good office hours program, where you can ask questions and present issues, and they are good about communicating through that platform. However, when submitting multiple trouble tickets, they will respond with generic language, and you don't know which issue they are referring to.

Dislike

A pain point has been with file authorship and version control. Since only the original owner can upload a new version to maintain the same url, this is challenging with turnover. As the person responsible for 250 editors, I have fielded a high volume of requests to update files for our editors.
