things which i like most about service now are 1) easy to use and user friendly and very easy to manage track the capacity and work 2)very easy to integrate with almost all the systems automated mails all of these things are very helpful for the one who uses the Service Now 3) incident management system of service now integrates with related application and helps in maintaining applications by solving the problems raised through incident
Lots of features that provides flexibility as well as overall dependability
1. Centralized view of all assets across the lifecycle. 2. Strong integration with CMDB and other ServiceNow modules we already use. 3. Automation for onboarding and off-boarding employees and assigning software. 4. Built-in compliance and license tracking helps us prepare for audits.
Main issue or weakness of the product as per me would be 1) need more training to understand the platform, for new users too many features are very difficult to handle or understand all at once takes more time to understand the platform. 2) Service now is a comparatively expensive platform compared to its other competitors, high costs makes it difficult to afford for smalled organisations can be made bit less expensive by reducing some features 3)Room for too much customization sometimes can cause lot of problems or issues as well which will be eventually difficult to maintain and might cause problems with upgrade
Complexity of usage for new users, interface could be friendler, occasional slow loading times
1. Implementation was resource-intensive and required external expertise. 2. The UI can feel heavy and overwhelming for new users. 3. Customization sometimes slows down upgrades. 4. Reporting is good, but advanced insights require extra configuration. 5. Cost is on the higher side compared to lighter tools.
