Working with the team has been fantastic. They've provided so much support in our upbringing and have a quick turnaround on all requests/queries we send their way. Our team we are on call want the best for our organization and offers assistance, utilizing all abilities. The transition to the new site offered some new enhancements that helps me navigate the site better. The new upcoming additions will be a great support for our team.

Overall, our experience with Atlan has been very positive and has exceeded our expectations in a Data Catalogue. We followed a formal evaluation and proof of value process, where Atlan performed strongly, and the ease of integration meant we saw value within 1 month. The platform has been successfully fully implemented at scale and is embedded in our wider data platform. We have valued working very closely with Atlan's product team and we have found feedback is actioned very quickly, Atlan are highly engaged post sale with regular roadmap updates and the ability to join private previews incredibly quickly and easily. Areas that Atlan are slightly weaker on is around privacy governance, which would really help cement Atlan for other data governance teams if this was addressed.

As a member of the data governance office team, Collibra has truly helped support data governance adoption and ease the tendious task of running a data governance program. The centralization of metadata within Collibra, along with its governance layer, really emphasizes the importance of being in control of our data and contibutes to improve data quality and making it more trustworthy.

Microsoft Purview Data Governance has made it easier for us to understand and manage our data in one place. The platform helps identify where data exists, who owns it and how it is being used across the organization.

Really valuable for customer journey analysis and allowing otherwise unrecognised data points to be incorporated into our customer journey, campaigning and marketing improvement strategy.

DataGalaxy has excellent customer service and a very responsive helpdesk. The product very business friendly in a way other data governance products are not. It gives transparency and control over data usage and has alot of flexibility in its set up with a lot user definable options. I havent installed the policy governance option so i cannot comment on that module.
