PayPal Enterprise payment has been really helpful, especially because transactions process fast and most of the time very smooth, which saves a lot of headaches. The dashboard is also easy to navigate, so it's not hard to track payments and spot issues quickly. However, there are still things that did not work so well. Sometimes the system feels a bit slow during peak hours, and the support response time can be longer than what we expect for enterprise level. There are also moments when integrating new features takes more effort than it should. Overall, it's a solid tool, but still have some areas that need improvement to make the experience more consistent.

The overall experience with Bill.com as an administrator is truly amazing. The platform provides a centralized and efficient way of managing account payable and receivable processes as well as maintaining cash flow in financial institutions. The interface of this platform is unique and easy to manage which helps the onward staff relatively easy compared to other systems. Moreover, the system's configuration, user management, and reporting features are straightforward which makes the administrator's task super easy.

I used Chargebee while at a previous organization, it was excellent at recurring bill payments and also invoicing. Noticed it was very helpful for our Revenue team. It was helpful especially as the business was selling internationally, and they supported multiple currencies and tax treatments.

I started using Paddle Invoicing to bill a few overseas clients where handling payments and taxes manually was getting messy. It made things easier because now I am able to generate invoices and let Paddle handle the payment side. After setting it up, we didn't have to worry much about currency or compliance. Tracking paid and pending invoices became much easier and clearer compared to our earlier manual process.

Plooto has been our payments processing and accounting software for a while now. The software has streamlined and automated our various business accounting processes such as invoicing and inventory management. Through use of the software we have been able to fully control both payables and receivables. Plooto is easy to use, has comprehensive features and more advanced systems for complex financial management.

Overall, the experience with DOKU Payments for managing payments in Indonesia was satisfactory. The solution is robust for standard payment flows, and integration can be quick if the recommended workflows (checkout/redirect or SDK) are used. What worked well: coverage of local payment methods, stability in production, and the availability of technical documentation. What worked less well: some onboarding steps (KYC/contracting) can be lengthy, borderline cases where managing payment statuses requires special attention, and support that sometimes varies depending on the complexity of the issue.

My experience has been very good. It helps streamline invoicing and payments, giving customers an easy way to view and pay invoices online while improving visibility for the finance team.
