It have good capabilities across product management, negotiated selling, Customer management and service delivery.
The reporting features, cloud driven software (X as-a-service), and the product integrates well with other software tools. Reports generate a lot of valuable info so when people need them, you can get them very easily. More companies are looking to move everything as a service and TCS does provide options and solutions to help do this. TCS also has the ability to easily work with other software (Oracle, SAP, etc.) which is a huge plus for a CRM tool.

TCS is not easy to navigate through and use. This is not a user friendly tool and requires an engineer to really use this. I also don't like that it just pushes what 1 company does and thinks there is a one-size-fits-all approach. Scalability is a big part of CRM tools and when it isn't there, that just doesn't cut it. Price-wise, I just don't know if this is a real value added product. It isn't super expensive but when you look at what you are getting for what you are paying for, the value doesn't add up.
Dislikes of the services 1) Tool is not very user-friendly. 2) TCS is average as he is talking about CRM tool. 3) Some more improvement needed as compared to other cloud based provider.
