The Deel HRIS platform user friendly and easy to navigate. The global payroll function is relatively straightforward, making it simple to run payroll across multiple countries with a small HR & finance team. The sales process was thorough, and Deel really took the time to understand our organization's needs and personalized their offering accordingly based on the countries in which we operate, and showing us what the system would look like specifically for our situation. Our employees data transitioned smoothly from BambooHR, supported by a helpful integration API, although there have been some challenges with the integration at times, with no specific details on what the issue is, which requires escalation most times. They also appreciated the ability to access pay slips and tax documents directly through their employee profiles within the platform. We've also benefited from cost savings by moving from an Employer of Record (EOR) model to global payroll in all countries as we set up new entities. The compliance hub and immigration support resources have been helpful to get visa's for employees travelling to certain countries. The chat function and the AI feature is a great tool for answering basic, day-to-day questions about country specific laws and regulations. Having a Slack integration to directly connect with our payroll team, customer success manager, and other Deel team members has also been a very helpful addition. The support team should consider adding a few more employees to their team, as I understand our customer success representative has over 100 clients, and I find it has been challenging to get timely responses at times, and instead having to reach out to others to answer our queries if they are urgent.

Overall this is a great product. We're a smaller company and Rippling has a lot of features that would be amazing for large organizations - we're just not big enough to need them or find value in them, but it's still great for a company of our size (~50 employees/contractors). We moved from our previous provider becuase they were completely changing their service structure and increasing our cost considerably. As the main admin using our HRIS systems, Rippling is by far a superior product and was less expensive than staying with the previous provider.

Both desktop and app version are simple to use, very descriptive and everything is clearly labeled. Great if you want to pull ad hoc paystub info.

Departments work in Silos, slow response times in certain areas e.g. issues with their AP or tax department. Other areas are quick and great, so depends on the people that support you

Cloudpay is one of the few global payroll providers; they make it easy to consolidate enterprise payroll, combine reporting and performance benchmarking. From a support POV, when considering upgrading other centralized IT systems, having centralized payroll makes that process easier to integrate properly. Rollout is well supported, however I would like to see a more cohesive plan to share best practices from unique activities in different countries - often it felt as if we were the only company dealing with certain issues in a country despite it being local law. Overall, rollout may likely be more limited by how robust existing payroll processes are, especially dependent processes and systems that may not be centralized yet. It is important to keep in mind that the scale extends beyond payroll and very much into HCM and accounting, where more resources will be needed.

Papaya has been efficient for our Payroll team who works internationally. 99% of the time, the disbursement is always on time. There was only one instance wherein the disbursement was late but they made up for it by generously providing a courtesy token for the inconvenience. This has not happened with other vendors.

Great software with easy to use interface. Definitely much better than our previous tool. I really appreciate how efficient and fast it is.

It is very user-friendly and is very efficient. one of a kind product.
