VFairs staff were always very responsive during setup and throughout the live event. They made sure we understood how to complete each step to build out our event website and were present during the live event to help resolve any issues. They helped us think through new Zoom features, review the previous year's events for lessons learned and things to do differently and provided consistent staff each year so we feel like we already know them!
Easy to use and great features.
What I like most about vFairs is how immersive and real-life-like their virtual platform feels, it gives our attendees the sense that they're truly at the event in person. The virtual event environment is highly customizable, allowing us to reflect our branding and create a tailored experience. Additionally, their multi-language mobile app is a huge win for our diverse audience.
There were no real issues with the product. The only negative I can think of is that a few items we would have liked to include on our event website were not accessible. Given our target audience, that was very important, so we had to use simpler things, to ensure equal access. vFairs did a great job of explaining what would work or wouldn't, and why.
There were connection issues during the show and a slow registration process as well as the field agent not being professional when frustrated.
While our overall experience with vFairs has been very positive, I dislike that some of the integrations and setup steps can feel a bit complex or unintuitive at first. It has taken some extra time to configure everything the way we want. But once set up, the platform performs very well.
