While our organization was initially impressed by the breadth of features and solutions available via Adobe Target, after contract signing and implementation we were left with more to be desired. The tool itself may have a lot of bells and whistles but the documentation and constant updates (at least during my time of use) was very disjointed and made for a very challenging onboarding. The level of service was also not quite satisfactory as Adobe offers a service package (I forget the actual name of it) that is an additional cost that was not outlined during the initial sales process.
