UKG Pro is a reliable platform. The interface is user-friendly and makes tracking payroll, time off, reviews and other employee information easier to navigate and straightforward.

As both an admin and a user, my experience is average so far. Limited customization and configuration. Sometimes it is slow to respond to the client queries. But I can say it has made our daily work more organized. It has reduced the manual task.

I use Avature for hiring staff members. I love that Avature is able to be customized specifically for our university. I am easily able to access current positions, job descriptions, etc. as well as to request new positions and review others. The report function allows me to see all I have done throughout the year, and the status area gives me a real time view of items I am actively working on. I have found this to be an effective tool to navigate a difficult process.

The Goal setting feature made it easy for managers to align indiviual KPI's with company obhectives and employees appreciated having continuous feedback instead of just annual reviews

Teamflect is an awesome tool that integrates with Microsoft Teams and greatly enhances and streamlines our employee review capabilities and by integrating with Microsoft Teams, it gives our employees access to one pane for all of their collaboration and review needs.
