It feels like I am using social media as it has the same features such as reactions, comments and sharing also I get updates regarding the announcements of the organization which is helpful.
The UI. We trialed several software options, and this was without hesitation the one I knew our staff would connect with the most. Other softwares felt more like dry update boards, whereas this one feels like a corporate Facebook. People were quick to start participating and interacting because it already felt familiar.
Standout features include: 1. Mega Menu 2. Kudos 3. Admin Capabilities The Mega Menu is an amazing feature that allows employees to find key resources all in one area. Kudos is used tremendously at our company, and it is so heartwarming to see employees give credit to one another and show appreciation. We have one space that is fully dedicated to Kudos! The Admin Capabilities are great and make me feel like I'm really in control of the platform. 9 times out of 10, I am able to handle whatever issue or change that needs to be made through the admin section.
I wish it could offer more flexibility in customization and the system of notification is a bit overwhelming.
The newsletters, when sent out though the platform via email, cannot be archived in Workvivo. This doesn't make sense to me, of course I need a historical record of our newsletters. I would like more access to what is kept behind paid analytics. And calendar events can not be shown as multiday events which has lead to some confusion in our company. Also - it is not easy to find a link to an event. I can't copy the link through the event - I need to scroll back and find the original post which can be 8 months ago. They do make it pretty easy to submit these grievances to their product team and I have already made them aware of all of these issues.
1. Search Functionality - The search functionality is pretty good! One thing to note is that there's a lot going on when searching, it is looking across the whole platform and searching for the most relevant. It would be great if we could click on what we want searched and default it to most recent.
