Best features are the shout-outs, billboards and campaigns. Never had the ability to do this previously!
It's a nice platform and the team members truly enjoy it. There are a lot of features that help us with our work in communicating to users.

The advanced analytics and chat not being included within the platform. We spend a lot on user licenses so it would be great to have better features included in the standard platform.
Some features make certain workflows more complicated rather than improving efficiency. In addition, navigating these features can be challenging when support guidance varies between representatives.
API is not fully available; writing is a paid feature!!?? Minor functionality, as the tv screen option, is a separate paid feature, this did nog go well within our company shortly after the initial investment. User provisioning has a few hickups.

Support responses vary depending on the representative, and guidance around key eatures has conflicted on several occasions. Some recent updates have also made certain workflows more complex before, leaving us to wonder why such updates were made in the first place.
