We managed to plan and track hiring events, while maintaining strong, ongoing candidate relationships with automated communications and personalized touchpoints. Also, the interview scheduling allowed us to save time by using automation in interview coordination. The analytics and reporting capabilities are outstanding and allow us to be more productive On top of all that, the user interface is friendly.

User-friendly interface: simple to navigate and easy for both recruiters and candidates to use. Candidate Engagement Tools - automated scheduling, remindeers, and communication features save time Reporting and analytics: clear dashboards that make it easier to measure pipeline efficiency and hiring progress.

I would mention 2 aspects: 1. Integration limitations: while overall strong, some integrations with legacy HR systems require extra customization that can be annoying ... 2. The mobile experience works, but could be more polished for recruiters on the go...

It gets tricky when you have a lot of candidate applications and only want to see relevant ones. The tool is not efficient in showing most relevant profiles

Limited customization in workflows: Some processes, like scheduling rules, reporting layouts or candidate communication templates are rigid and don't allow for easy tailoring to unique hiring needs. Occasional system performance issues: platform can be slow during peak usage. Integration gaps and manual workarounds: while Yello integrates with core HRIS/ATS platforms, some connections like CRM require extra steps or manual data transfer.

    Yello has been helpful in streamlining recruitment workflows, improving candidate engagement and reducing manual tasks. The platform is generally intuitive and although it can feel a bit rigid on certain features, I would recommend it to all kinds of users, from hiring managers, people managers to HR and recruiters.
