I would mention 2 aspects: 1. Integration limitations: while overall strong, some integrations with legacy HR systems require extra customization that can be annoying ... 2. The mobile experience works, but could be more polished for recruiters on the go...
It gets tricky when you have a lot of candidate applications and only want to see relevant ones. The tool is not efficient in showing most relevant profiles
