I enjoy the flexibility and usability of the offered features and automations which saves me time from everyday tasks. We have also integrated easily with other tools that had in our company like outlook 365, trello, linkedin, docusign.

A tool that offers multiple things in one place such as managing customer information and the deal so nothing gets misplaced. I can easily look over the performance report to see where I have to improve.
Some times as our data grows we notice slowdowns and the mobile app isnt at the same level as in the desktop version. It does not offer a non code version/congiguration.
The Pro features are focused on higher-tier plans: several advanced capabilities ( including part of the AI) remain at higher levels
I have some concerns regarding the mobile app which is not as smooth as the desktop version and the dashboard requires extra tuning for better and more accurate results.
