1. Reliability and stability as meetings and events run smoothly with very few disruptions generally. 2. The user-friendly interface allows attendees and hosts to easily join and manage events without any training. 3. The scalability aspect of it allows both small team meetings and large webinars to function within 1 account.
Too many promotions for additional products, constant tweaking of buttons and moving things around, most AI features are not well developed and are intrusive, some things should be included as standard but require add-on purchases (like translation, conference features, some branding tools, etc). We gather registrations through another service, and the import/export of attendees is burdensome.
Wish there was an easier and faster way to get answers in the moment from Zoom.
1. There's a bit of a limited customization on branding and design options which would have been nice to have for our sales and marketing events. 2. The reporting tools are nice to have, though they're not the easiest to navigate and feel a bit limited in its filters. 3. For event setups in large scales, there are some confusing configurations in the back end as Zoom like to list out every feature and there are quite a few.

There are a lot of useful features available, and the implementation is very simple and straightforward to manage. However, it is sometimes difficult to tell which features are included in the current product and which are upgrades or add-ons, and external software is still needed to deliver programs through the zoom platform - like OBS. Zoom Events Offers Stability and Scalability But Lacks Customization Options
Overall my experience with Zoom Events has been great. We are already a Zoom organization so it made sense for us to continue using the platform for larger engagements. The platform is reliable and easy to navigate. It has features such as breakout rooms, live polling, and Q&A to enhance engagement. Setup and event management is pretty straightforward as well, and the platform consistently delivers high quality video and audio.
