What has worked well is the speed at which you can move from idea to a working application. The Visual Process Modeler is intuitive. Another strong point is that you don't have to invent enterprise-grade controls from scratch, they're already embedded in the platform. On the downside, complex UI customization can become challenging. Also, poorly designed data queries can quickly impact responsiveness.

Using the Power Apps platform has been very positive. It has helped us create simple applications that we can quickly deploy for use throughout the organization. It helps us create simple, fully functional applications already integrated with the entire Microsoft ecosystem. This allows us to develop minimum viable products in a matter of hours, which we can quickly refine and then scale to more complex systems. It works perfectly integrated across the entire Microsoft platform, facilitating access to existing data and making it easier for users to adopt.

I rate the product positively because, in our case, we've seen how it allows for rapid development and customization tailored to our needs, which improves the team's workload and time to market. The manufacturer's support is ineffective; we've had bad experiences in that regard.

I have been using Kissflow for a little over 1 year as a part of our supply chain operations team Our role mainly focusses on building workflows, automating manual activities, and improving process efficiency to save operational effort. Kissflow came in at the right time for us, as many of our processes were still dependent on emails and manual follow-ups. Before Kissflow, alot of requests, especially Item pricing uploads, were handled through emails. This often led to missed requests, delayed follow-ups, and sometimes even business impact on costing, Finance and sourcing decisions. After implementing Kissflow, these same processes are now structured, traceable, and much faster. Automated notifications and reminders ensure that tasks don't get missed, and I've been able to consistently complete pricing uploads within the expected turnaround time. From a user prespective, the tool is fairly intuitive and doesn't required deep technical knowledge. Our team has been able to create and modify workflows on our own without constantly depending on IT team, which is a big advantage and reduces ad-hoc activities in a dynamic supply chain environment. Overall Kissflow has helped us move away from inbox-driven work to a more controlled and audit friendly system. Based on my experience, Kissflow has been a solid workflow automation tool for operational teams. It has helped us streamline processes, reduced manual errors, and bring better structure to daily work. While there are some limitations around integrations and analytics, the overall value it delivers in automating approvals and improving turnaround time makes it a useful platform for business users. I would rate Kissflow 3.8 out of 5, based on my hands-on experience.

My experience using Zoho Creator has been very positive, mainly for agile application development and automating processes that we previously performed manually. The tool allows you to create small automated developments in a matter of minutes to evaluate the level of functionality on a larger scale. It's very useful for iterating on applications that are already in production, adjusting forms, and improving reports without interrupting operations or causing significant changes in the way we work.
