We especially appreciate how naturally it fits into Jira and helps connect high-level objectives with actual execution. Overall, it has become a very valuable tool for improving focus, transparency, and accountability across the organization.

So far, I'm very impressed with this tool! Goal setting is very structured and detailed without compromising an intuitive interface. It does what we need from an integration standpoint, and has enough customization for developing our own standardized reporting templates. and gives solid content on artifact generation.
