As an Oracle Technical Developer working across multiple Oracle Fusion environments (SIT, UAT and Production), Secret Server has become an essential part of my daily work life. In my previous project where Secret Server was not available, it was a a security nightmare to store credentials of 40+ users and instances out of which few were frequently expiring so I had to constantly update my spreadsheet with updated credentials. Now, in my current project, Secret server serves as a secure, centralized password vault to collect credentials without the need for manual tracking. This platform has significantly improved our security measures and streamlined our daily work across multiple Oracle Fusion environments.

CyberArk Privileged Access Manager (On-Premise) is one of the most mature and comprehensive PAM platforms that I have evaluated and deployed. Within an organization that operates across hybrid cloud environments and with a multitude of legacy on-premise servers and accounts that still remain, CyberArk PAM provides centralized control over privileged credentials, session recording, automatic password rotation/management, and platform integrations that other light-weight tools could not. The on-premise deployment and architecture is solid - however the journey to get there was not trivial. The implementation required significant upfront planning, dedicated resources, and close collaboration with both internal company teams and CyberArk Professional Services. Time-to-value was measured in months, not weeks. Speaking specifically to the on-premise offering, the platform delivers on its promise, but you have to be prepared for the investment - both financially and operationally.

It is particularly valuable for organizations that need strong governance and audit readiness. 2. It allows secure storage of passwords, controlled access to critical systems and monitoring of user activity. 3. What has not worked as smoothly is the initial setup and integration effort. Deploying the solution in a complex environment can take time, especially when connecting multiple applications, servers and legacy systems.

During my time managing enterprise security controls, deploying the Segura 360 privilege platform has been a net positive for our infrastructure. As an engineer handling various endpoint and perimeter defenses, I found that Segura integrates reliably into our existing security operations ecosystem. It has significantly streamlined how we govern elevated credentials across the organization, minimizing the friction that usually comes with enforcing strict identity access protocols.

Safety, trust worthy, easy in use - just what I expect from the Remote Access system. Works all fine with a lot of vendors, in a very different systems and applications.

My overall experience with Manageengine Password Manager Pro has been highly succesful. Consolidant all our critical server, network device, and database passwords into a single secure vault, and meticulously tracking who accessed what and when, has significantly elevated our organization's security and audit standards.

It offers strong security and smooth access controls, overall, its reliable, efficient and effective for managing and governing privilege accounts.

The product is very powerful without being too complicated, however there is still a learning curve. The training provided is good, the knowledge articles are also very good. The support is also pretty good, although I think that is one area they can improve on compared to support provided by other vendors.
