The system itself is very easy to use and easy to show new users how they can benefit from all the features that IEX has to offer. Our company is in the process of beginning a pilot and has not yet rolled outa full launch. My experience so far is based on the demo I took during ACE for Request Management and Forecasting. So far it does appear to be an adequate Workforce Management tool that could process the tasks we need.
