They have great training programs for leadership training that our employees have got value over the years.

A powerful aspect of this system was the prestige of the name. The system was easy to integrate and user interface was rather friendly. We had strong initial interest in the program, there was a desire for more training especially more specific training but offerings were a bit more limited than desired but our workers have a wide range of expertise and interests.
