Our overall experience with RAIN Group sales training has been very positive. The program is well-structured, engaging, and grounded in real-world sales challenges. It struck a good balance between strategic thinking and practical application, making it relevant for both new and experienced sales professionals. The ValyeSelling methodology is built on structured framework that helped us with the entire sales process and Customer Success Upselling process. They provided us with systematic approach to identify customer needs, positioning value and closing deals. They did help us with ValuePrompter which is tool developed by ValueSelling Associates to crafting messages as per customer needs.

We had a great experience with FM delivering CoM to our GTM teams. They were extremely professional, well prepared, easy to work with, and provided excellent delivery of their program. The CoM program has been very well received and effective in the company.

This was a good complement to the training we all kind of cobbled together ad hoc from the book by the same company (FYI) Definitely felt updated and more easily navigated. Some hiccups with implementing in our space and tailoring it with consideration of HIPAA.

Our goal was to develop our sales team by aligning their capabilities with the business goals. We need a scalable process and tool for measuring, tracking and improving the performance of our team. We also needed to make sure we were linking enablement initiatives back to business outcomes and ROI. The Richardson platform is the only solution that meets our needs. We can simply assess competencies and tailor development plans. The insight we get from the platform has meant we can address performance gaps quickly and effectively. Creating our own unique instance and developing the insights we want to see has required additional effort, however the Richardson team have supported us throughout and have been receptive to our needs and feedback. Since implementing the platform for our revenue team interest has also been sparked in other departments, which speaks to the value of the platform.
