It's a great platform that makes it quick and easy to build AI Agents without needing much IT expertise. A major atvantage is that you can use different AI technologies side by side (from deterministic to agentic). I can also use the individual LLM API I want and the visuell experience ist excellent. Support is fast, attentive and you do not feel like a number, even as a smaller customer. Hopefully, this will remain the case after becoming part of Nice. Feature requests are also possible. It is also essential that there are constant feature updates, so you never feel like you are missing out on something important happening in the AI world.
