Of all the vendor relationships I have had, Omilia has been the most enjoyable to work with. The Omilia team always has an answer to questions I have regarding their platform. No ping pong for weeks. OCP is a challenge at times, but it also solves some very technical problem statements (i.e. looping API calls on an array of values) with ease. Other IVAs require additional scripting and often custom code. OCP does this while being a low-code environment that uses JavaScript for functions...no proprietary code. Lastly, Omilia appears to have excellent vision. Their roadmap is worthy of any company, and they have shown time and again they can convert. No pipe dreams..real results.
