Rippling has overall been a huge upgrade for me. I used to have very minimal control of timesheets for employees, and couldn't override much so I felt stuck sometimes. I've felt much more freedom with Rippling Time & Attendance. Half of our employees are hourly, so this has been a great resource. The policies, customization, and management are all up to snuff. Employees get a clear expectation of their time tracking and time off, so they know exactly what they'll be paid for the period. And I get a high level few to make sure everyone has their hours in and are abiding to policies.

My overall experience with Workday Human Capital Management has been highly positive, mostly because it takes a lot of the chaotic guesswork out of coordinating a large, multi-campus community college workforce. the main reason this system is such a lifesaver for us is how beautifully it consolidated all of our employee data into one single location. When you are managing a massive mix of full time instructors, adjunct faculty, student workers and campus maintenance staff, having everything synced up seamlessly cuts down on administrative errors and keeps our operations running smoothly. On the operational side, the scheduling and attendance tracking features have worked incredibly well for our day-to-day routine. Setting up rotating shifts or making last minute adjustments for campus security or dining services is very simple and managers can update hours on the fly. The attendance tracking is also seamless, allowing employees to log their hours and breaks accurately, which automatically flows right into payroll calculations and saves our office from dealing with an endless pile of corrected paper timesheets every pay period. The leave management and absence management tools have also been a massive help for keeping our departments properly staffed. Employees love how transparent the leave management side is because they can request vacation or sick days and see their exact balances instantly. On our end, centralizing all that absence management data makes it much easier to spot attendance patterns, ensure we are following all institutional policies consistently and guarantee we always have enough coverage so our students are never left stranded.

Honestly, it was the first time I used a platform like this. It gave me much more clarity on payments and some of the benefits available to employees in the U.S. It also provided a structured way to request vacation or sick days. Overall, I found the dashboard very easy to read and it clearly displayed all the necessary information.

Clockify has been a solid and dependable time tracking solution for day-to-day use over the past six months. Core time entries and basic tracking work well ans are easy for user to adopt. However, limitations in approvals, reminders, and reporting workflows become increasingly noticeable when managing timesheets across multiple weeks or at month-end. While the reporting engine is powerful, inconsistencies in the user experience and approval logic reduce efficiency for managers and finance team. Overall. Clockify delivers good value, but operational workflows could be more refined.

Zoho People is easy to use and works well for managing attendance, leave and employee data. It offers good customization and integrates nicely with the Zoho apps. Overall, it's a reliable and cost-effective HR tool, though some features can be complex initially
