I have used numerous E-discovery platforms, and Everlaw is the best. The layout is easy to look at, which makes review easier. The functionalities are intuitive, and the search feature is incredibly robust. Everlaw has has an extensive menu of help tool and tutorials, and Everlaw support is available to all customers without additional charge. The pricing for the platform is hard to beat. Many platforms charge for "special features," but Everlaw does not. Some AI functions are pay as you use, but the rest is included in the monthly fee, which is based on the size of the project.
