FourKites is a nice tool that lets you share and track shipments with your partners. It's much easier to share them transport orders and opportunity to track and know the real time position of that order every second of that transport order.

Transparency and convenient are fundamentally important, especially in transport and logistics. This platform also provide good user experience, customizable dashboard. Also it provides variety of integration with other partners, like Thermoking, Schmitz, so it can provide complete solution for logistic and tracking solution.

Our Customer Success Manger is phenomenal! She is always willing to support in any way she can with us and our customers who utilize the Overhaul platform & devices. Great visibility within the tool when connected to a computer or tablet. The downfall is not being able to use an app for phone usage/monitoring when you are away from the computer. In addition, we've had a challenge with invoices lately but Overhaul team is willing to work with us while we work internally to address and secure a long-term solution.

It's a good product that can leverage statistics to resolve many control issues; however, the registration process is very lengthy, which means that not all carriers will complete the objective.
