I love being able to create a single virtual card for a one-time project or event and share it with all relevant users. Purchases are tagged to the individual and to the project, I preconfigure the accounting info, and I can build in restrictions and approvals or not, as the specific use demands.
I love the limits and restrictions I can put on the cards for the types of purchases that can be made. The dashboard is pretty great too. Easy to navigate and intuitive to use.
We like that Ramp is a 'one stop shop' for our company spend and AP needs. It syncs seamlessly with our accounting software and is really easy to use. Our team can easily figure out what is required for company spend and it has helped us streamline our AP process in the past few years.
I don't like that only employees who have paid seats can use Ramp to submit mileage reimbursements. We have several employees whose need is limited to that use (and very infrequently as well), and the per-user per month fee is too high for such limited use. To get around it, we still have a separate spreadsheet that about 70% of our staff uses for mileage reimbursements, that they email to our Ramp AP email. It creates confusion having two processes but we do it so that the 30% who are in Ramp get reimbursed quicker, more accurately, and with less work from A/P staff.
Needing to have a separate email address for each card is a pain. The only thing about the dashboard that's not intuitive (to me) is that syncing transactions, which I have now learned falls under Accounting. I can't think of anything else.
We have some very specific scenarios that arise where we wish we could custom build certain features in Ramp, but it's always minor functionality.

Card Limits Help Address Security Concerns In Elderly Care Purchase Management
Ramp has been the perfect solution for our small business. We are a private duty care agency that serves the elderly. Sometimes our clients want their caregivers to purchase groceries or other items for them. I HATE the idea of a client giving someone their cash or credit card, not because I don't trust our employees but just because of the mistakes and misunderstandings that can happen. With Ramp, I can help our clients get what they want while protecting both their finances and our reputation. - Chief of Staff<50M USDHardwareReview Source
Ramp Streamlines Spending and AP Processes For our Start-Up Team
We have been using Ramp for nearly three years now and were early adopters of their product. It is a very purpose built system, and works very well for our start-up team. We use it for employee spending, Bill Pay, and Procurement, and are really happy with it overall. - VPGov't/PS/EdEducationReview Source

Ramp has helped us save time by automating the receipts, designating the accounts to be debited, and leaving our admin more time for other duties. - Procurement Lead50M-1B USDSoftwareReview Source
