It takes what would feel like a more complex expense report, and makes it stress-free. I don't need to write in lots of context, as the forms allow me to feel confident in what I'm filling out due to the options available. Specifically, I really like that when I submit an expense, I can calculate the mileage with the built-in maps. Not only this, but because it links in with our HR software. It's literally a one-click for me to move between the two services. Recurring expenses needs to be filled in every time. You can not list frequent, recurring expenses as "favorites". Search in projectcode is very limited, so therefore time consuming.
