SAP Application Management Services Alternatives

Overall experience is satisfactory. The team implemented webservices on SAP FIORI which worked well including its security.

Our relationship with TechM goes back to four years now. the transition and initial stabilization was difficult but now the things are quite smooth. We are able to work with them with very effective onshore : offshore ratio compared to some other service providers. The attitude is positive but you need to keep constant traction to get the delivery done. I will describe them as good doers but vision is required to be dictated by your organization.

The implementation was overall succesful. They are very knowledgeable about the solution they were implementing. However, communication and collaboration during the process were not optimal. The implementation team leaders seemed to be stretched too thin managing projects with several clients and were not available for critical meetings or collaboration. I also feel their approach to project management was very weak and lacked structure and leadership.

Our company migrated to a new SAP version, of which the process began last 2016. DXC has been our partner. Their people are good and competent enough to do the migration and implementation. We managed to go-live right on the target date. What I see as need for improvement is in the segregation of duties during and post-implementation phase of the project. I noticed that some devs have had access to the production.

Overall, TCS' delivery of services has been excellent. The team is very hard working, highly committed and always willing to go above and beyond to provide the services.

Company was not as agile as expected....with a lot of processes and internal discussions slowing the pace of the Project.

PwC has Knowledgeable resources who can gather requirements from users in fast and efficient manner. Execution of Project was very well planned.

We are satisfied about the overall application support services, however it took a while to have this stable situation.
