I've used multiple B2B data providers & Zoom info is easily the best. This software enables me to move quickly during my prospecting & list building workflows, while also filtering to ensure the contacts that I am spending time on are valid business emails & phone numbers. Cost is high but likely worth it

ZI integrates seamlessly into my org's existing GTM tech stack, and enables me to move quickly across my book of business by prioritizing intent with Websights, and reducing the time it takes to build manual lists.

Ease of use. Easy to export contacts to CRM or CSV files. Global data coverage.

Integration into our daily workflow. It is easy to build a lead list, tag it, export it to Salesforce and start prospecting. The tool is also very user-friendly and there are support articles and training available on-demand.

Data is not always 100% accurate. I've cold called a lot of prospects members using ZI data, but I am not expecting it to be perfect

Contact information is often outdated, and sometimes by a lot. Landline phone numbers provided, especially in the UK, often simply don't exist. Very incomplete and incorrect contact details often provided. Emails sometimes appear to be guessed rather than actually obtained.

Dislike

Many users login directly to Zoominfo rather than using the Salesforce integration, which is possibly down to a better user experience and so could be improved.

    Dedicated Support Teams Enhance Onboarding and Ongoing Assistance for Global Teams

    We had a dedicated onboarding specialist to get our users up and running (including some user training for our globally dispersed teams) and we now have a dedicated Account Manager that is there to help whenever we need support. Most of the time, the tool works as expected so we don't have many challenges we have had to face
