2022 (original review) - From an administrator perspective, IdentityNow is certainly capable of LOTS of organizational use-cases surrounding the IAM space. Overall, the tool has the potential to be hugely helpful with scaling automated provisioning and de-provisioning of identities, AND providing the ability to audit access. 2026 (updated review) - SailPoint has clearly improved the product. Both by making it easier to use and by adding new capabilities. We have also witnessed a shift in their customer relations and professional services. While initially, it was difficult to have a good relationship with SailPoint, they have dramatically improved and now provide what I would consider top tier customer service. They're now my favorite vendor to work with.

The interface is simple and easy to understand, which helps save time for administrators. The reporting feature is also helpful for checking user activity and generating AD reports when needed. Very flexible but slow, sometimes not intuitive, scalability is sometimes an issue. But overall very powerful in integrating and implementing IAM processes. I would gladly recommend you to consider and use the product. They have provided good support and continuity for many years, which gives a good feeling of stability of the vendor behind the product.

We use a non-cloud version og Omada Identity, which is connected to our On Prem Active Directory and our HR-system. Among other things, we use Omada Identity's assignment policies to automatically manage the assignment and withdrawal of basic, organizational and functional access rights to all employees. This gives us great time savings and high compliance in our work with access righst. We are also lucky to have a super competent and incredibly pleasant Principal Consultant. The experience from several years of cooperation has given him good insight into our installation/configuration of our Omada Identity, our development wishes and needs for our IGA system. This is of great importance in daily life, when situations arise that need to be handled quickly.
