Okta integrates with most off the shelf HR systems and allows for seamless onboarding/offboarding of employees.

Lot of prebuilt integrations with almost all of cloud services

UI is excellent, easy to learn, and flows make logical sense.

1. Some assembly required on integrations. A working knowledge of SAML/OIDC is helpful. 2. SCIM integrations on certain applications are not always 100%. You have to manually push. 3. Okta filters could use some work, the ability to save queries and other quality of life features are needed.

Cloud services to integrate with require higher plans. Since its deeply connected with organization security, it requires higher plans with more feature.

Okta has some things that have just been a long-standing inconvenience for years. Things like group rules either being simple if in group A, add to group B, OR needing to be coded in expression language. It should offer more UI options and variables.
