My overall experience with our SailPoint partner is exceptional because of the people that make up SailPoint, from the customer success team to the helpdesk team, to the technical experts, and to those at the very top like the founder and CEO, who genuinely listens to the voice of the customer and who seeks out engaging with SailPoint's customer base when hosting the annual Navigate conference. He is there, he is visible, he is committed to his customers, to the identity space, and the icing on the cake is that there is no pretense, none. We have had our customer success manager since our implementation, over 3 years now. She is our partner and is someone who time and time again is there for us, is super responsive, gets eyes on our issues like the speed of light when we reach out to her, clearly, she is highly respected and connected because she makes things quickly happen. She listens to our feedback for opportunities for improvement related to the product or other areas and takes those back to the respective SailPoint teams. Team has been a constant in our SailPoint journey. We have also built relationships with some key technical experts in their architecture space. They know my team members by name. They have become like extended family to us.

My overall experience with ManageEngine ADManager Plus has been good. It makes managing Active Directory tasks much easier compared to doing everything manually. Day-to-day tasks like creating users, resetting passwords, and managing groups can be done quickly from one place. The interface is simple and easy to understand, which helps save time for administrators. The reporting feature is also helpful for checking user activity and generating AD reports when needed. Overall, it’s a useful tool for managing and simplifying Active Directory administration

The functionality of Saviynt is very good. However, my ratings are based on our experience of the deployment and the go-live process. We were let down very badly by the 3rd party that did the implementation, this resulted in a lot of issues with a watered down solution, and we spent the next year firefighting just to try and get our implementation to a workable state. This meant that a lot of the development and extra functionality could not be worked on. The Saviynt support has been very good and was very helpful during this difficult time. The functionality that is available (which we have not yet had time for) looks exceptional

Overall, Oracle Identity Governance is powerful and reliable, but often feels overly complex and requires substantial effort to maintain and operate efficiently.

An all-in-one solution, it brings together various Active Directory and related tasks like user management, security auditing, and reporting into a single console, making things simpler. The easy-to-use interface is clean and user-friendly, even for those not highly technical. The product meets basic needs but has some limitations or usability challenges Frequent issues, lack of important features, or unsatisfactory support. The product and support did not meet expectations and caused significant problems.A360 combines various identity and access management features in a single console, which helps simplify daily operations.A.360 integrates various systems like Azure and on-premises Active Directory to simplify user management.

We had a need and a problem to solve, One Identiy had a solution and gave us room to grow and improve. We have been able to save time, money and improve our student amd employee experience.

We use a non-cloud version og Omada Identity, which is connected to our On Prem Active Directory and our HR-system. Among other things, we use Omada Identity's assignment policies to automatically manage the assignment and withdrawal of basic, organizational and functional access rights to all employees. This gives us great time savings and high compliance in our work with access righst. We are also lucky to have a super competent and incredibly pleasant Principal Consultant. The experience from several years of cooperation has given him good insight into our installation/configuration of our Omada Identity, our development wishes and needs for our IGA system. This is of great importance in daily life, when situations arise that need to be handled quickly.
