Our experience with Pimberly has been very positive overall. Implementation took some planning, but once the system was configured it signicantly improved how we manage product data across channels. The platform has helped centralise catalogue management, reduce manual work, and improve data accuracy. Support has been responsive and helpful, and the system continues to scale well as our catalogue grows. It's not perfect in every area, but it delivers strong value and has become an important part of our ecommerce workflow. I would rate the experience 8 out of 10.

I have been a Salsify user since 2017 at every company I have worked at, and it is not only an amazing PIM, but overall, one of the best software systems I have ever used. Salsify is well-coded to deliver maximum user experience, which leads to increased adoption. With how extensive the platform is and the drive for people to adopt it because of the UX, every time requests or requirements come, the teams have always looked like rockstars with how fast and how much value we can deliver.

Our experience with inriver PIM has been generally positive, particularly in terms of data governance, variant modeling, and entreprise-grade product structure management. The platform is well suited for complex product catalogs and provides strong control over data quality and enrichment workflows. However, implementation adn ongoing administration require experienced resources, and the solution can feel less intuitive for business users compared to more UI-drivern SaaS PIMs. Overall, inriver is a very robust and reliable platform when supported by the right operating model.

Syndigo PIM provides a centralized platform that effectively manages and distributes product data across channels. It improves accuracy and speeds up time-to-market with strong syndication capabilities. However, it can feel complex and requires efforts to learn and manage at scale.

Informatica has helped us build and develop a solid product master data platform for our whole Retail business using Product 360 as the core. P360 has been a mature, capable and stable product upon to which build the article onbaording processes and Informatica has provided excellent support for us,

PIM/DAMs are inevitably cumbersome to implement and manage. The Plytix team has developed capabilities ahead of my needs while the exceptional support team meets me where I am at. The more I use the system the more efficiencies and capabilities I become aware of that solve those next step organizational needs.

Overall, Sales Layer is a very intuitive and easy to use platform. All the information can be updated in only a few seconds and steps, and with perfect connection to our website. It's a very trustworthy platform for everyday use, would definitely recommend!

PIM-CORE has become an essential database for all of our product lines, it is easy to understand, work with, and make changes, we cannot imagine our day to day without this tool.
