The Customer Success Managers also manage to find a suitable solution in most cases, even if a custom solution first needs to be developed. I'm only deducting one star for the limited range of analytics options. In my opinion, there's still room for improvement here, as currently no attractive custom reports can be created and the data is only available as a CSV export.

Podium is an innovator. We started using this tool for online review solicitation and have since scaled out to use their software for so much more. Their texting and payments features are particularly impressive.
