The course registration system makes schedule building and prerequisite tracking smooth for students and advisors alike, which significantly cuts down on late registration errors. Additionally, having centralized student accounts gives us a complete view of each student's academic history, hold status and enrollment records in one spot, helping us resolve graduation clearance issues much faster. The enrollment management and grade tracking functionality have also contributed positively to our administrative routines. Product architecture utilized to create the software product is inline with the agile processes which makes it appropriate for the changing user needs. Thus, any organization can curate/amend the existing software product to cater to their specific needs.

PeopleSoft Campus Solutions provides extensive features to higher education institutions yet its complicated interface works against effective usage by end-users. Multiple administrative expenses due to system navigation and staff training erode the value gained from platform integration.
