KnowBe4 security awareness training is geared toward users across the spectrum - from the technically impaired to the tech savvy - and sticks out in your brain like a gimmicky infomercial song, if you know what I mean. Its methodology is simple - make people the "firewall" against hackers - which in my opinion is really a great idea and a great way of making online security awareness a much more relevant educational topic. Just like technology today, hackers are constantly evolving and twisting advances like AI (artificial intelligence) to their Machiavellian schemes. In this day and age, people simply need to look at security awareness from the same vantage point as we did post 9/11 in the real world, which is "we don't depend on security; security depends on us".Read all insights and reviews for KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

My overall experience with HoxHunt has been very positive. The platform has helped me become more aware and cautious in identifying potential phishing attempts and other security threats in day to day comms. I have also found the simulations to be both realistic and engaging and they strike a good balance between being challenging enough to test my attention and simple enough to integrate into my workflow without disruption. We only sort of used it halfway but the part we did use worked great. I can only assume the actual training part works just as good. I'll explain more in my review.Read all insights and reviews for Proofpoint ZenGuide

The training content provided by Ninjio is engaging and up-to-date, and the newly updated interface makes it easy to track progress across previously enrolled modules and revisit them when needed. However, the phishing campaign component occasionally experiences glitches in its reporting. Despite whitelisting the campaign links an domains to ensure smooth user interaction, the platform sometimes inaccurately records automated security scans - such as those from our security checkbot - as user clicks. This has led to confusion between our security team and end users regarding the reported lure rates. In terms of reporting and metrics, the auto-generated reports - whether for executives or managers - can feel half-baked. That said, we've heard that Ninijo recently worked with a data analytics company, which is expected to enhance the quality and depth of future reporting. On a positive note, their support team has been responsive and helpful, offering manual corrections and verification when we encountered inaccuracies in the portal-generated reports.
