I am using Microsoft Copilot Studio in for streamlining different internal tasks. I started using this to manage internal IT operations including resetting core systems passwords, reporting issues related to layer 2 VPN connectivity across our 200 branches, reporting various other IT related issues and support ticket creation. Then I expanded its application for HR related especially for Travel Request and Travel Expenses & Daily Allowance related claim management approval workflow. Right now, we are working on a slightly advanced use case related to the management of frauds related to our life insurance claim and trying to link it with our existing underwriting process.
