Scalable architecture that supports high-volume interactions across multiple channels. Flexible development options, allowing both low-code configuration and advanced customization.

1) Easy on-boarding of business colleagues 2) Conversation-designer-oriented GUI 3) What we see on the slides is part of a developed product. 4) We were able to build a trustful relationship between Vendor and Supplier where our requirements are heard. 5) We have good access to other customers of the Cognigy.AI Platform, making it easy to exchange experiences and best practices.

a) Cognigy AI is super stable during operations and needs little maintenance b) Cognigy AI is super flexible in regard to integrating with other solutions / API c) Cognigy AI growth and thus provides investment protection

Dislike

Initial learning curve for teams new to enterprise conversational AI platforms. Advanced features require technical expertise, which may not be available in all teams. Analytics configuration can take time to fully align with specific reporting needs.

Dislike

- Our company manages over 130 chatbots. We are missing a total overview of our whole organisation which is not available through Cognigy Insights. To compensate for this, Cognigy.AI is offering OData endpoint which we use with PowerBI reporting. - Knowledge.AI presents limited capabilities in terms of source connectors and volume of files and their size. We use Knowledge.AI in use cases where we need to chunk metadata and can take actions on it. For specific data sources for RAG we use a BYO-RAG approach.

Dislike

There is so many competitors, it is a continues battle to stay #1 Global rollout and local laws require multiple instances

    Cognigy is easy to use and powerful in capability. It was one of the first on the market to provide conversation-designer-oriented GUI, allowing fast and easy on-boarding of business colleagues into the development process. Cognigy is also keeping up with the pace with the newest trends by providing solid development foundations and materials to better understand the changes. Overall, the experience was very good. No fuss, just great ROI.

Despite its comprehensive feature set, Cognigy.AI is quite intuitive, and it is backed by excellent documentation and learning materials. We found it easy to master the platform, and we utilize nearly all of its features. Additionally, the integration capabilities through the "Extensions" feature have been invaluable, enabling us to configure our applications in ways that deliver significant value to our business.
