Elastic have been an exceptional partner to us for several years now. Whilst the account teams have evolved around us, they have always been outstanding in their support for our use cases, pilots and ideas - and have co-partnered with us on delivering useful and relevant information and training to our technical teams.

Glean is super helpful because it can pull information from all sorts of internal databases (depending what you and your org give it permissions to) and work with you iteratively in a collaborative back-and-forth to answer questions / complete tasks. While there is room for improvement regarding data transparency and integrations with other LLMs, it is a massive value add in terms of time saved parsing through internal documents, emails, calendars, and files.

I was able to get up and running within an hour or so - maybe even less. As a developer, I greatly appreciate offerings that are quick to get started with.

The product is good and the AI part has improved from 2 years ago. Still, difficult to scale for big deployments.
