We have had a relationship with Jenzabar for 25 years and recently completed our migration from the Jenzabar EX to the Jenzabar One product. Last year we signed a managed services contract for further support and Jenzabar handles more of our IT services in collaboration with our professional module experts. They have been responsive to our needs and continue to grow and change to reflect the challenges in the evolving higher ed landscape.

Product architecture utilized to create the software product is inline with the agile processes which makes it appropriate for the changing user needs. Thus, any organization can curate/amend the existing software product to cater to their specific needs.

PeopleSoft Campus Solutions provides extensive features to higher education institutions yet its complicated interface works against effective usage by end-users. Multiple administrative expenses due to system navigation and staff training erode the value gained from platform integration.

The product is excellent for HR, Finance, and Payroll. The Student SIS is still maturing but satisfactory
