Platform has matured over the years and the implementation cycles are not very long. Product Managers are accessible and have competent resources in Professional Services and R&D.

My overall experience with OneStock is very positive. The solution effectively addresses our order orchestration challenges and allows our network of over 500 stores to respond to and fulfill customer orders throughout France under the best possible conditions.

As a company leader using Shopify, my experience with Shopify has been defined by speed, scalability, and operational efficiency from day one. The platform gives me the ability to manage everything from designs of the storefront to inventory and customer payments within one single system. Shopify is a premium application that enables us to focus more on brand growth rather than the backend aspect of the technology.

Adobe commerce is a tool which we use for manage and scale our vendor sales and order tracking. It also helps us is inventory management according to each vendor and supply chain communication. It is great platform for overall management of our supply chain.

We already did a lot of projects with Shopgate in the past. The Apps are easy to extend and they offer a large number of integrations, so most of the shopping carts are easily integrated.

Infios OMS works very well in the broad strokes, being generally consistent while performing at scale. Overall, our last peak season was handled very well. Our volume spiked significantly and OMS consistently kept pace. The struggle is noticeable when you need to zoom in on the finer details. Being a customer that requires a high number of domains within their OMS, as we scale horizontally, we see "small" (but not insignificant) issues stack up. These gaps - API consistency, manual intervention workflows, and release standardization - are manageable today, but will require continued investment from Infios to scale with us.

Overall we had a good experience with Kibo OMS and the collab with the Kibo Team. Platform gives us flexibility for our global OMS processes and integrations. Support and communication were generally helpful, especially during critical topics and rollouts.
