It took a while to set up a meeting with the CSM, but when I did it was useful. My role is to set up a new content management strategy and revise all 1200 existing Q&As. The tool is useful, and I could see fairly quickly how it should be set up (and where my team when wrong the first time, leading to so much mess) but I didn't find the 'timesaving' tools to be much use. ie deduplication, copy and merge. It just didn't find duplications beyond 'exact' duplicates, so I ended up doing a lot of it manually which was time consuming.
