Coupa Contract Management is a key module within the Coupa BSM suite, offering seamless integration with procurement, contract management, and supplier collaboration.

Once GEP has their plan ready and resources allocated, they are great at staying on task and ensuring you and your team are doing so. They're accommodating with different time zones, so no concerns if you're part of a global organization. We've been using the Spend Analysis tool for the last four years or so and are in the process of implementing CLM, Should-Costing, ICM, E Sourcing, and others as part of a full suite. With so many priorities, it hasn't felt overwhelming and we're still on track.

Jaggaer is a very effective tool for submitting proposals to large, state-level clients. It is safe, secure, easily managed, and allows for flexible work flow and editting.

Engagement with the supplier works very well, but the stability of their solution is an issue and we have faced many ad-hoc issues

The maintenance team is very helpful in aiding clients with enhancements as business needs change. The solution has helped in regards to record retention, compliance, and supplier management.

Sievo is our spend analytics and savings monitoring platform. It is particularly valuable in complex environments with multiple ERPs, or holding companies, providing a single source of truth through a consolidated taxonomy. Their customer support is strong and the platform delivers a wide range of actionable insights.
