It provides an excellent experience with its unique features like chat, meetings, file sharing, breakout rooms, Q&A, and polls, all together with an intuitive interface, reliable connectivity, and excellent audio/video quality makes meetings and webinars effortless even with participants joining from different regions and different time zones. Zoom provides a lot of meeting settings for every part that helps me to set up the meeting controls before hand to avoid doing it during the meeting. One of the most helpful features for me as a host is the automatic email notification before meetings, it ensures that neither I nor my clients ever miss the meetings or webinars.
