Akeneo has proven to be the flexible and scalable platform we needed to manage our complex furniture catalog across ten European markets, with a consistent product experience across all channels. We now operate our 1500+ product range with greater efficiency and substantially stronger data accuracy than we could achieve before with our previous CMS. What stands out is how it balances genuine enterprise capabilities with user-friendly interfaces, and our small two-person e-merchandising team now manages 20% more products than before, with twice the attributes and three times the media assets, without adding headcount.

Centric has helped us manage our workflow and catalog for our product line up. It's been hugely beneficial in helping teams align and in planning our product lineup each season.

Our overall experience with Pimberly has been very positive. The project team took the time to understand our business, product structure and existing systems, which made the implementation process much easier. They worked closely with us to ensure product information flowed correctly into our Brightpearl ERP system and Shopify website. There were some challenges and hiccups during the project, as expected with a system implementation of this size, but these were worked through collaboratively and we reached a successful outcome as a team.

Everything works well, and it is a great platform, but there are a few things I wish would be added to make Salsify work even better, such as if there were a faster way to relink images from one product to another, and if we could revert changes made from an import for all items at once.

My company has been utilizing InRiver PIM since 2017. We upgraded from the OnPrem iteration to the cloud version several years back and that dramatically improved not only our user-experience but the mechanisms by which we bring our products to market as well as delivering a single-source-of-truth to our resellers. That workflow has gone from nebulous and very difficult to track corporate wide, to a process that's easy to track and more importantly, simple to deliver. There is a great deal of upfront work but in the end, it's easily worth the time invested.

Syndigo PIM provides a centralized platform that effectively manages and distributes product data across channels. It improves accuracy and speeds up time-to-market with strong syndication capabilities. However, it can feel complex and requires efforts to learn and manage at scale.

Informatica has helped us build and develop a solid product master data platform for our whole Retail business using Product 360 as the core. P360 has been a mature, capable and stable product upon to which build the article onbaording processes and Informatica has provided excellent support for us,

PIM/DAMs are inevitably cumbersome to implement and manage. The Plytix team has developed capabilities ahead of my needs while the exceptional support team meets me where I am at. The more I use the system the more efficiencies and capabilities I become aware of that solve those next step organizational needs.
