Overall, my experience with FlexNet Manager has been positive. It's a powerful tool for managing software assets and licenses across a complex environment. Once it's properly configured, it gives a very clear view of software usage, entitlements, and compliance status. It definitely requires some time to learn and setup correctly, but once it's running smoothly it becomes an essential system for keeping software assets under control and avoiding compliance risks.

Save Money: It helps to identify unused software and licenses, and save money by reducing investment in them. 3. Task Automaton: It helps to avoid manual task tracking in the licensing part and save time from investing in performing manual task.

Our overall experience with ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus has been very positive.It helped us centralize our IT support processes and improve visibility across incidents,service requests,and assets.The platform is user-friendly,flexible,and easy to adapt to our internal workflows.It has improved efficiency and made daily IT operations more structured and manageable.

The level of insight Certero has been able to provide to our company into our Asset Management position is exceptional, along with Licensing compliance positions, recommendations to reduce risk, optimization opportunities to allow us to run cost saving exercises. Their in-house Licensing specialists play a key part to our success and maturity as an organisation in the way that they have been able to support us throughout our engagements.

It eliminates the confusion of scattered spreadsheets and fragmented systems, giving our IT team clear and accurate visibility across our organization. Additionally, the platform effectively tracks the complete life cycle of IT assets including hardware, software, virtual, cloud, and peripherals from procurement to retirement, while maintaining detailed records of status, location, warranties, contracts and stock levels.

Verndor is very responsive and supportive in any questions and needs we might have. Aspera SmartTrack is a very mature tool which is recommended to be used by a mature cooperation. Its approach of starting with the catalog and a product recognition ensures a good and reliable data collection. It might raise the initial effort, though. Addons (Licence Control for XYZ) seem to give additional value if applicable for the company. If there is no easy way to get the needed data into the tool, then the effort of Licence Mgmt (with or without this tool) increases exponentially. You shouldn't expect (from any tool) to cover these prerequisites...

It's a massive, powerful platform that handles our scale without breaking a sweat. Moving from the old on-prem Remedy to the Helix Saas version was a big project, but the stability we have now especially with the improved AI features has made our daily operations a lot smoother.
