Verndor is very responsive and supportive in any questions and needs we might have. Aspera SmartTrack is a very mature tool which is recommended to be used by a mature cooperation. Its approach of starting with the catalog and a product recognition ensures a good and reliable data collection. It might raise the initial effort, though. Addons (Licence Control for XYZ) seem to give additional value if applicable for the company. If there is no easy way to get the needed data into the tool, then the effort of Licence Mgmt (with or without this tool) increases exponentially. You shouldn't expect (from any tool) to cover these prerequisites...
