Hence we don;t need to plan budget an yearly project to maintain the software concurrency and uplift. Also, since the beginning, the local Boomi team from account executives to technical PSO have been engaging and supportive or addressing issues, bugs and feature requests within the product. We were setting up cloud for the 1st time after working on On-premise middleware and OCI market place. Oracle team really stepped in to make us comfortable with the product. Even Oracle LIFT Team (Architects) joined us to give us a session to make sure we gain full knowledge of the product. Initially we encountered a few issues with some features due to our implementation based files and evets. We raised these concerns with Oracle and as promised they were able to resolve them in upcoming patches. As both an admin and a user of the product in my org, the user friendly option really helped me to handle issues independently.
