Overall, SAP SuccessFactors has been a functional tool for managing our payroll. Integration with other modules/applications in the SAP ecosystem (BTP, HANA) has facilitated data consolidation and workflow automation. However, we identified areas for improvement in report customization within Employee Central and the response time of the support team to more complex issues.

All modules except Payroll and Leave and attendance are very good for us. Analytics dashboard can be improved too. Ask Darwin - support has improved a lot. Quick resolution of issues raised really helps.

Our organization has been using this tool for a long time for human resource management. Overall, this tool provides all the capabilities a modern and large organization needs like employee data management across multiple verticals and departments, project management, payroll processing, onboarding and off-boarding, hiring process, leave and timesheet management and many more. This is used globally in our organization. The performance and availability was decent and we were able to do all our day to day tasks related to our, attendance, leaves, appraisals, performance reviews, project allocations, bench management, reporting, team collaboration and many more. We observed some latency at times and the major thing in cons was its visuals, it looked somewhat outdated and not very interactive and that was not improved since long, so there's a scope for improvement in UX.

I have been using Ceridian products for over 20+ years. Different versions from HPW to Dayforce HCM. Overall, has been good experience.

Implementation of ECM, EFM and HRSD was not only a quick process, but in the end, has saved us a considerable amount of money while improving and automating processes. Processes like employee filing, routing of HR Change tickets and ultimately reducing our headcount needs in that functional area. We also just implemented WFM with success. Although this was not part of my team, (provided only as reference), it has been a huge success and has resulted in cost savings and efficiencies as well.

Easy navigation and appropriate info included in the portal helps employees get their financial docs in a single place. Also file downloading in pdf format is one of the good features. Uploading the doc is also quite easy for any type of reimbursement and ITR related things. Portal is simple and user friendly in comparison to other competitors.

My overall experience has been exceptional. The delivery of new innovations and features makes this product a lifelong solution for our business. The timely thoughtfulness to current needs is top notch and continues to make a great impression of the tool for our business.

My experience with BambooHR has been good. It centralizes core HR processes like talent management, onboarding, HR reporting, managing employee records and tracking employee performance.
