All modules except Payroll and Leave and attendance are very good for us. Analytics dashboard can be improved too. Ask Darwin - support has improved a lot. Quick resolution of issues raised really helps.

Implementation of ECM, EFM and HRSD was not only a quick process, but in the end, has saved us a considerable amount of money while improving and automating processes. Processes like employee filing, routing of HR Change tickets and ultimately reducing our headcount needs in that functional area. We also just implemented WFM with success. Although this was not part of my team, (provided only as reference), it has been a huge success and has resulted in cost savings and efficiencies as well.
