I would rate SAP SuccessFactors 4 out of 5, for its reliability, architectural strength and ability to scale. It has consistently demonstrated robust performance across Core HR processes. However, I feel there is a huge scope for improvement in Integration Centre, Standard Reports, provision of predefined integrations with Microsoft, Power BI, etc,. When we raise an SAP case, sometimes I have seen the SAP SPOC asking basic details which are already shared in the ticket description.

Processes like employee filing, routing of HR Change tickets and ultimately reducing our headcount needs in that functional area. We also just implemented WFM with success. Although this was not part of my team, (provided only as reference), it has been a huge success and has resulted in cost savings and efficiencies as well.
