Absorb allows us to track our customer learning progress to see if they are taking time outside of our account manager meetings. I also like how it prevents repetitive meetings reviewing the same feature numerous times because customers need time to review topics.

The platform provides strong reporting capabilities, enabling detailed tracking of learner progress, certifications and compliance, which helps in evaluating the overall learning experience and evaluation. The registration process for courses and training sessions is very smooth with options like automated assignment and structured learning for relevant modules. IT also supports assessments like quizzes and exams which helps us to validate the knowledge and learning effectiveness. The content management system is well designed with e-learning and instructor led learning models. Collaboration features like social learning and virtual classroom enhances overall learning engagement

Overall, my experience with Docebo has always been fantastic and excellent. It is super easy to use so every user can easily learn how to enter the platform, start a training and also learn something new. It is highly considered among the best e-learning platforms for business purposes, with excellent and great customer support.

The emphasis on product development in the past 3 years has been impressive. The resources available via their customer resource portal, drop in help sessions and help functionality are also very helpful. My one downside is that we just had a change in our account manager and we are not getting the same level of support yet as in the past. We do have a contract with a 3rd party partner of Cornerstone for support and they are very responsive and helpful. Overall we have had a very good experience and have a high adoption rate of our platform.

Continu is an easy to navigate platform for seamless workflow training on services and products for new agents. Continu is the platform preferred by the company and used in the training experience. You can navigate away from a training session and the Continu platform saves your place so you don't have to start over or try to find where you left off.

Captivate Prime made my experience great with its ability to support multiple types of learning contents. I can track the progress and find the completion. It is great for skill building and for team training.

Tovuti LMS was a nice switch from our legacy LMS. It provides us with some useful customizations along with an in-built authoring tool.
