User friendly platform for training new insurance agents. Content rich, nice display, and saves your place inside the training environment. Customer service is prompt to respond to any issues or questions. As a licensed insurance agent, I appreciate the platform and how truly easy it is to use.

I particularly like the accessibility its pretty easy to login and get set up with the service. Additionally, I think that once you are in the website, it is pretty easy to get around like they have different features to help explain things and if you are having any issues it is pretty easy to contact the help
I personally experienced difficulty getting a completed training to show as such on the training record to the carrier. Otherwise I have no other dislikes about the Continu product as I really enjoy the platform.

I wish that there were more features that were able to relate to my job. I also wish that there was a little bit more interaction in the learning modules rather than just videos.

Easy to add content to share. Difficult to add users to the platform in bulk, we had such difficulty that needed a rep from Continu to do for us. When creating assignments difficult to add assignees. There are multiple instances of each location so need to add each one to ensure all relevant users are added. Gamefication could be improved. Badges feature just mimics certificates that you receive one when complete X module. Better implementation would be if they complete X number of modules in a given category they receive a badge, or complete modules across X number of different categories. Difficult to manage reporting as have to manually pull them when needed.
