The overall look of the tool is bland. Assignments are easy for employees to access and complete. Reporting and tracking completion is thorough, but I would like to see more customization options available so I do not have to rely on Excel skills.

User friendly platform for training new insurance agents. Content rich, nice display, and saves your place inside the training environment. Customer service is prompt to respond to any issues or questions. As a licensed insurance agent, I appreciate the platform and how truly easy it is to use.

It is easy for frontline users to operate. However, I would recommend opening directly in the Dashboard instead of Explore. The certificates of completion are a nice touch as well.

I particularly like the accessibility its pretty easy to login and get set up with the service. Additionally, I think that once you are in the website, it is pretty easy to get around like they have different features to help explain things and if you are having any issues it is pretty easy to contact the help

I personally experienced difficulty getting a completed training to show as such on the training record to the carrier. Otherwise I have no other dislikes about the Continu product as I really enjoy the platform.

Inability for admin to reset user passwords. As corporate security becomes more intense, some users are still unable to access their account. This frustrates the user and creates additional work for our teams in the areas of training, ops and IT. The Help Center is not user friendly. A glossary of terminology would be helpful in identifying key terms and increase efficient searchability. An explanation of each function and how it affects uploads of content or assignments would also be helpful. I struggle to locate the instructions I need as an administrator.

I wish that there were more features that were able to relate to my job. I also wish that there was a little bit more interaction in the learning modules rather than just videos.
